Is it hot in here - or is it just me ?
Everything I'm dreaming of knitting right now is just throbbing with promises of excitement .....
Demob happy as I hit the home straight on my project for Kerrie. A lifetime membership of the Sexy Knitters Club would just about hit the mark to celebrate .........
Plus I have the yarn for the Simple Knitted Bodice in my stash.
I LOVE it when a plan comes together ;0)
got up this morning, I found these weird eggs on the back of the couch.
I left them sitting in the sun and when I came back the bloomin' things had hatched.

I sat him up

and the little guy told me he was kind of cold. It IS September after all .....

He looked a lot warmer so we had a bit of chat. It was then that he really showed his true colours
I'd love to tell you it was the first time we'd found a naked Celtic fan lying face first on our couch but I'd be lying ;0)
This one's destined for a new home come late January. Nothing like indoctrinating the next generation ....
Rabbits aside. I've had a great weekend. "Scotty Jill" got married (doesn't quite have the same ring as Peggy Sue does it ?) and India, Kathleen, Nancy, Irene and I - plus a 100 or so of her closest friends - were there to witness it. Another knitter bites the dust.
Just in case I got jealous of the wedding presents, Kathleen brought me a late 40th pressie ( did I mention I turned 40 ??? Once or twice maybe ???)
Seriously, this present was so good I almost proposed to her. I'm sure if I was Jewish I'd be verklempt (do correct me if I'm wrong Kay ??)
But as I'm resolutely Scots aetheist, I shall simply content myself with saying "Ya dancer !"
